Очень сложно рассчитывать на то что букет выдержит весь день, ведь европейские свадьбы не празднуются так как у нас принято - целый день... либо делается 2 букета. И кстати это очень интересная фишка набирающая обороты в последнее время - делают 2 букета причем часто абсолютно разных - один утро катания, второй загс и банкет или наоборот.
РS Кстати не стоит боятся букетов в портбукетнице - есть маленький секрет по поводу таких букетов - профессионалы вам подскажут

никаких особых секретов нет, если в течении дня есть возможность поставить цветы в воду - идеально, или дубль букет обычно спасает)

А герберы - если их подрезать на длину букета, надо ли срезы чем-то обрабатывать и как долго они смогут выдержать при условии если ставить их в воду периодически? А сколько примерно средних гербер может уйти на букетик?

если есть возможность поставить цветы в воду в течении дня, то никакой дополнительной обработки не нужно, если нет то обычно срезы заклеиваются спец клеем для цветов. По количеству - я думаю это личный выбор каждого, но я думаю примерно 7-15 штук, в зависимости от желаемого объема
